HELP! Can not log off without shutting down computer!

Could someone please help me. I have Microsoft Outlook Office with Business
Contact Manager and I can not log off from one account to another without
shutting the computer down. Even with I hit File-> Exit, as soon as I click
on Outlook on the start menu, qucik launch toolbar or desktop, the same
account pops up without prompting me to choose what account I want to open.
I've run the diagnostic tests but nothing is coming up. This used to never be
a problem but now I can't switch from one account to another without shutting
down the computer. Could someone please advise so that I can switch from one
email account to another withuot having to log off the computer!

This means Outlook doesn't fully close upon exist. This is most likely
caused by an addin that you have installed or you are restarting Outlook to
quickly.
