HELP Cannot connect with Outlook

Hey im trying to connect Outlook so i can sync my address
book with my cell phone but i keep getting error messages
from outlook. I use AOL so if anyone could help me get it
up and running that would be great. I have Windows ME and
i think the Outlook Express 5.0.
