Help cannot remove dialog box at startup

Greetings All,
I am trying to fix a an xp pro workstation on a peer to
peer LAN. There is no exchange server. Everytime I open
outlook 2000 a "Microsoft LDAP Directory Dialog Box" keeps
popping up before the Outlook Window. Inside this dialog
box it has a "Connection Details Tab" and inside it reads
these items,Server Name:NULL ,Port:3268 , Username:NULL ,
Password:"Blank". How do I get rid of this dialog window??
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you in advance
for your time.
Joey C.
