HELP!!! Can't install Office xp, need help!!!

Help, anyone, last year I purchased the trial cd from
Mocrosoft of the office pro. I used it and then decided
to purchase the office pro from the college bookstore. I
did not understand but it was an upgrade and not
the "stand alone" version. It did not matter as I
installed it and it used the trail version qualifying
codes and such. Now, I have a new hard drive and can't
install my xp. It gives to me the error that there is no
qualyifing product to be able to use the upgrade. I have
the office pro for windows 95 and I installed it onto my
new hard drive and thought that with this I caould
install my xp office pro. It stills says it can't find
the qualifying product. I don't know what to do. I do
not have the trail cd as that was over a year ago, I
threw it away when I installed office xp. I paid over
$200.00 for the office xp at the college bookstore and
can't afford to buy another one. I have treid to use
online support but can't use a product key code as I
can't install the office xp to get the product key. Can
anyone give me any help. I also can't find a place on
microsoft site to help with this. Thank you..

Wow, you were robbed. I just purchased the Office Professional Edition 2003
Academic Edition for $159. Full product. I love it! Shop online, it is
cheaper. All I had to do was email a jpeg of my student ID to qualify.
