Help! Can't print colored text.

When I try to print text that is any color other than black, it doesn't
print the text at all. I have just replaced an HP 5510 with a HP 6210. I
had no problem print colored text on the 5510. The 6210 seems to print OK.
Just can't print colored text from MS Word 2000.

Thanks in advance for any help, opinions or suggestions.
