HELP!! Christmas labels done in table not printing

All of my info is typed into a table set up to do labels.
I saved the file from my last year's list, which was a
mail merge. I didn't do mail merge this year, just typed
in the info to empty cells. Now, all of the info is
visible on screen, but when I print preview, most of it
is gone. I really don't want to do this all again!

Hi Maria,

When you say "most of it is gone" is there anything different about what you
can still see from that which you can't (in other than Print>Preview that
is.)

If you press Alt+F9, what do you see?
