Help - Clipboard Issues

All,

I have Office 2003 installed on a 2003 Terminal Server.
This server is utilized via Thin Client Machines by about
15 people. They use this TS connection as their Windows
Desktop. They are constantly getting messages that the
clipboard is full, and it no longer allows them to
copy/paste. Even clicking the "clear clipboard" button
is not working. The only way for them to get a fresh
clipboard is to do a full log out and then log back in.
Help!

Which Service is it that I need to turn on? Clipbook?

Control Panel, Administrative tools, double-click Services, right-click clipbook,
Startup type: Automatic
Service status: Started
