help coding message options

I have an accerss application that can send e-mails using outlook.
code sample below

want to add as a string the appropriate parameters for Message Options
Importance, Voting, Category as well as fowarding based on criteria can
anyone help me

When you create the MailItem and set an object reference, you can add
those parameters. For example:

Dim Outlook As Outlook.Application
Dim OutlookMsg As Outlook.MailItem

Set Outlook = CreateObject("outlook.application")
Set OutlookMsg = Outlook.CreateItem(olMailItem)

With OutlookMsg
.Importance = olImportanceHigh
.Categories = "Something here"
.VotingOptions = "Accept;Reject"
End With
