Help: Contact Birthdays not on Calendar

I am importing a contact folder (MS Outlook 2002) (.pst
or .xls). All contacts and all fields are imported
perfectly. The birthday field is imported also. BUT it
is not posted on the calendar. Why ? How can i fix
this ? How can I make outlook go through all contacts and
post the birthdays on the calendar as recurring events.
Shouldnt it be done automatically ? is there a bug ? any
fix I should downlowad?

Please help me
