Help Converting Access 2002 Data Base

Some one can help me to convert one DB from access 2002
to access 2000 (I have Access 2000) and I can´t do it

Are you saying that Tools | Database Utilities | Convert Database isn't
working? Do you get any error message?

Nop, I have access 2000 and i try to open a DB in Access
2002 and I cant open it (error : Install the new version
to open that file is in a newer version). is there any
tool to convert 2002-2000 that Microsoft realease ? or I
MUST have to Install OfficeXp ?

The only tool that can convert an Access 2002 database to Access 2000 is
Access 2002 (or Access 2003, now that it's out)
