Help converting an Excel file to a text script

I'm not very good at scripting in excel so I'm looking for help.

I have an excel file with multiple columns, and its a comparison file
I need to export certain columns to text to write the script.

For example: I have column a, h and j. a is a number, h is a for
name, and j is the value of the form name.

I need column a to export to text but the text file has to rea
csno=(column a) followed by a space, then the field value from h=
followed by a space and then the letter u (for update).


How can I accomplish this into an acsii format text file?

If you need more information I can provide it, but I'm doing it to mak
my job easier
