Help converting powerpoint to html

G

Glenn

I'm trying to convert my Powerpoint presentation into an
html document so I can put it on my website. I can do
this succesfully but the problem is that once I upload it
some of the text alignment and font sizes are altered,
some to the extent that they go off the screen and I
cannot read what's in the text boxes. Here's what I
mean: http://www.lifecoaches.org/webpresentation.html.
Please take a look at that and post any
suggestions/advice you might have so I can fix my
problem.

Thank you for your response. First of all, the logo is
on the master page. Secondly, none of the place holders
extend over the edges it's just that when I convery my
powerpoint document into html form it changes the
position of the text and sometimes the size and alignment
as well!

Can you put the PPT file itself online where we can download it?
My guess is that font substitution is at the root of a lot of these
problems.
In fact, try this:

Make a copy of the presentation under a new name
Use Format, Replace fonts to change all of your fonts to Arial or
TimesNewRoman as appropriate.
We'll deal with the bullets later if need be.
Save that, convert it to HTML and see how it works.
