HELP! Copying/Duplicating object changing size automatically

P

Prasant

Hi there,

I am working with organization charts. As I have many boxes to include in
one page I resized the boxes to fit which comes under one section,
vertically. Now, I have same many sections like that which needs the same
number vertical set of boxes which I want to copy under each section.
PROBLEM. Once I duplicate the set and take duplicate to another section, all
the boxes in the set are getting to their default shapes but not to my
resized ones. I tried through protection option, locking the properties of W
and H and format but still doesn't work. I need a copy of the set in another
place but in the same dimention not getting to their default sizes.

Can anyone help?

Hi Prasant,

I can't figure out how to keep smaller org-chart shapes from getting bigger
when copied.

Another option might be to make the page size bigger, so you have more room
to draw. You can do this under File > Page Setup...

When you go to print, just make sure to scale the page to "Fit on 1 page
across by 1 page down"

Hope this helps,

Try going to the Organization Chart menu and choosing Options to specify the
size of every Org Chart shape.
