Help creating a search form in Access XP

I would create a search form in access XP, filtering data from several join tables.

A dropdown list should display the softwares names from "SOFTWARE" table.

The results, software reference, version, language, compatible system, machine brand and model where the softs are installed should appear into a table below the dropdown list.

Could someone help, please ?
