Outlook 2002
Hi All
I currently have a rule that works very well for me, however I need to
change it slightly and can't figure out how.
It says:
Apply this rule after the message arrives
move it to the Deleted Items folder
except if sender is in Contacts Address Book
This works for me because I get a lot of spam, and everything gets deleted
UNLESS it's from family or friends, who are in my Contacts. (Yes, I've
tried Outlook Spam Filter and my virus program's spam filter, but neither
work as well as this, for me. I check my Deleted Items regularly to make
sure I haven't missed anything important).
My questions is this: how do I add an "or" in there so that I can check two
different Contacts folders? I have multiple Contacts folders to help keep
me organized. I'd like the rule to read:
Apply this rule after the message arrives
move it to the Deleted Items folder
except if sender is in Contacts Address Book
or except if sender is in WorkContacts Address Book
Is there a way to do this? Or does someone have a brilliant idea on how to
accomplish my scenario a different way?
Thanks in advance,
Laura
