Help: Custom action for email forwarding?

I want to define a rule that would automatically forward all the messages I
send to a specified email account. The catch is that I don't want to do a CC
using the Rules wizard, I don't want the people getting the email to know
that I've forwarded it some place else. Do you have any advice on how I can
make it happen?
