HELP!!!! DAO Referencing Error

When I go to reference my database in Visual Basic Editor within Access, I
get an error message: "Error accessing system registry". Can anyone tell me
what the problem is and how to fix it?

I have already re-installed Access numerous times and gotten all updates for
Office.

Help will be greatly appreciated.

sounds like your problem is not with access or office. you
have a corupt registry and it needs to be edited. if you
have never edited your registry .....
if you are on a network i would contact IT. if this is
your home pc, i would seek professional help. call your pc
manufacture for support.
