Help de-authorizing Office. Thanks

I am about to sell one one of my laptops that has Office 2007 on it.
I have used up the # of computers I can install it on.
How can I de-authorize it so I can install it on my new computer?

There is no de-authorisation process, other than uninstall on old &
reinstall on new and using phone activation if required
