Help!! ~ Deleted Form Problem

Hi,

I have an Access 2002 mdb, with password protection on
the modules. I copied a form with code and then deleted
the copied form.

Now, none of the forms, macros or module code works as
whenever the application tries to run any code it says
that the form is missing (the one that was deleted).

I can still see form class code but can not delete it
(the actual form has gone).

Any suggestions much appreciated.
