HELP: Documents not printing in correct order

R

R Jones

Hi,

I am attempting to print a multipage documant with an HP3600C Duplex printer.

The problem is that the pages are not printing in the proper order... and
some are printing upside down. This is consistant in NOTE and Powerpoint as
well as WORD.

I am new to Office 2007 and I was wondering where I go to get the documents
to print properly?

I have checked and confirmed that my HP printer is using the latest drivers
so I would have to assume that it's a setup problem...

Any hints anyone? Very confusing.

Since it is consistent with all applications, it isn't an Office issue.
If you have the latest drivers from HP, (NOT Microsoft updates), then
look at your printer settings in Printers and Faxes.

Dear Bob,

I would agree except that 2 different users on 2 different workstations are
having the same problem when printing.

This did not seem to be a problem until after the upgrade from Office 2003

The driver/printer updates came directly from the HP printer update site and
were applied to the workstation that is acting as the print server for the 4
workstations that are connected to the HP3600C Duplex printer in question.

Then use HP online support

Repeat, Office has no effect/Impact on the Printing done through Notepad
or other applications. The timing has to be coincidence. Please continue
with on with the second sentence of my reply.
