Help! Enterprise Resource Not Showing

There are a few enterprise resources that do not show up in the list when
Project Managers are using MS Project "Build Team Using Enterprise Resources".

The enterprise resources not appearing are marked "active" and they are
"Team Members".

I have checked everything I can think of and don't know why they don't
appear in the list to assign to a project. I have checked with other
Project Managers and no one can see these few resources.

Any ideas/suggestion? Your help is appreciated.

Are the users in both PWA and the Enterprise Resource Pool? It sounds like
they may have been added in OPWA first before adding in the resource pool.

I'm a new person on this board, but my first thought is that these
resources were not created using Project Professional, but using PWA.
I'm reading that resources have fewer issues when one first creates
them in the Global Resource Pool, sets any RBS codes, then goes to PWA
to set Groups, Categories, & permissions.

Yes the resources are in both places.

Are the users in both PWA and the Enterprise Resource Pool? It sounds like

Yes, but for those few, were they added to the Ent Res Pool first? If there
are no hours assigned to these resources the quickest way is to use the admin
page and Clean Up database link in the Action Pane on the left and delete the
resources and recreate. I have spent hours trying to figure it out but this
works fastest.
