help!! entourage x with exchange update - how to set it up...

Hi,

I'm trying to setup an exchange account in entourage x.
I've installed the exchange for entourage update successfully and there
is now an 'exchange' tab in the accounts box.

I had entourage x working correctly about a week ago but I can't
remember the settings and I upgraded that person's machine to entourage
2004. This machine I'm upgrading from outlook to the old copy of
entourage x.

Basically I'm confused about what I need to type in the boxes.
We run small business server 2003 and everyones usernames are in the
format firstnamelastname.
Everyones e-mail addresses are in the format (e-mail address removed)

On the account settings tab...
So for the account id box I'm typing firstnamelastname
(although the help recommends you type the string in front of the
e-mail address)

For password I'm just typing the password

For domain I'm a bit confused about what to type. Is the name of our
windows server domain? Or is it the netbios name of the domain
controller? Or is it the IP address of the exchange server? Do I type
domain.com or just domain?

In the exchange server box I'm typing http://192.168.1.4/exchange (in
entourage 2004 I type https)

And then name and e-mail address are fine.
Then when I click on OK I get an IMAP error...
An error occurred on the IMAP server... The specified server could not
be found... Error -3170

What do I need to type in the domain and exchange server boxes?

In entourage 2004 I had problems with the certificate and had to export
the key from the exchange server, and import it using the office x cert
manager. In entourage 2004 I type https://192.168.1.4/exchange and
domain.com and it works fine (i also tick the DAV requires secure
connection option in entourage 2004)

I did manage to have entourage x working a couple of weeks ago but
can't remember the settings.

Does anyone know how I can do this?

Thanks

Benjo
