HELP !! Error can't open Spreadsheet

Help I prepared and save an Excel Spreadsheet and then sent it in an email .
The other person couldn't read it, and got error message.
I also tried to open the save XLS and got the error message Application
Error.
The instruction at "0x3004c429" reference memory at "00000001" memory could
not read.

Then if I click on Debug from popup message -it then saves error log is
being created and program is shutting down.

Can anyone help me with this problem so I can recover my saved spreadsheet ?
