Help - Error creating reports

When I try to create a report using the wizard, I get the following message:
"The wizard is unable to create your report."

When I try to create a report in design view, I can't do anything... I
double-click on the icon, and nothing happens.

I'm running MS Access SP2... I was previously running SP1, but I updated,
but it didn't do any good.

This error occured on two databases so far... one was created on the machine
with this error. The other occurs with a database I created on my home
computer. (The reports worked fine on that computer)

Can anyone offer advice how to fix this?
