Help: Error Signature in Microsoft Access 2002

I tried to import data from File -> "Get External Data" -> "Import".
Received Error Signature as below:
AppName: msaccess.exe
AppVer: 10.0.4302.0
ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0
Offset: 00000000

I have no idea what it's about. Anyone can help please?
