Help Error

My langbar.chm is corrupted and needs to be reinstalled. I have tried
repairing Office 2003, uninstalling and reinstalling Office 2003, and
removing speach and readding it but I still just get a "page cannot be
displayed" error when I attempt to open the help file.

Any suggestions.
