HELP!! Everything has disappeared and I can't find it!!!

Version: 2004
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: pop

I don't know what's happened.
I opened Entourage and everything has disappeared including all my inbox, all contacts, everything!
I have one message in my INBOX from Microsoft saying welcome to the latest version of Entourage 2004... you have recieved this message as part of your MS Office Installation.

WTF??? I can't work out how to retrieve anything.
Any advice and knowledge will be greatly appreciated. Is everything now gone? I can't see how all my Inbox etc.. can just be deleted from my hard drive without my permission.. If my Inbox data is still on my computer I certainly can't find it anywhere.

95% of the time this is caused by cleaning house and not realizing what
you're moving.

Entourage 2004 looks for messages in one place only:

~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office 2004 Identities

If you've moved any of these folders, renamed any of these folders or
changed any of the contents then Entourage can't find your data. It will
create a new "Main Identity" folder to replace your old one.

If you know you've recently made changes then put things back in place.

Hope this helps!
