Help file problems

Im running Office 2003. I've found that when i try to
use visual basic help and click on a link in the search
pane to take me to say 'Using arrays' the link doesnt
work. No error messages, nothing - but the next link
down for another topic might work. the closest solution
I can find is Microsoft KB#822989, but this didn't solve
the problem.
