Help file

I have an Add-on that shows a custom menu in the menu Visio. I use it to open a help file; it works in Visio 2002 but in Visio 2003 the Add-on opens the Visio help window but doesn´t display my help file.Why not

I haven't tested it or even investigated it, but, Bill Gates and Co were
bragging at the announcement that first choice for the Office 2003 products
was to check the web for help......
This was a real annoyance at 2002, I don't know if it got better or
worse....
