I have all of Microsoft Office 2000 installed, including
the help files. However, whenever I try to access the help
files in any office application, I am asked for an
installation disk for SR-1 disk 2. This is quite puzzling
to me. I have been able to invoke the same error at the
startup of any office application by removing the dword
UserData from the registry key
HKCU>SOFTWARE>MICROSOFT>OFFICE>9.0>*. If I restore this
dword value, the error no longer shows up at startup. but I
can't find the key where this may be the case for the help
files. Can you help?
Thanks,
