Help files don't work on Runtime version

I converted my Acc97 app to 2003, and re-wrote the context-sensitive help
files using HTML Help Workshop. On my machine, F1 makes the help screen
appear perfectly. On the client machine, which has the runtime version,
nothing happens when pressing F1. All of the help files appear to have been
installed on the client machine. Path andfolder locations are the same on
both machines. Any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong?
