Help files in Visio 2002

I am using Visio 2000. I like the product quite a bit (have been using for
several years), but find the help files, well, unhelpful. Can anyone with
experience with both versions say whether the 2002 version has improved its
help system. I'm considering an upgrade, but if the help files weren't
better I would be much less inclined . . .

Also: Are there any other features, improvements, caveats, gotchas etc. I
(or others) should know about the 2002 version? I'm working in Win2000
Professional.
