When I need Help on a subject, such as in Word, and I ask a question that it
doesn't readily have the answer to, it says, "Help files are not available.
Please insert installation disk to install help files".
So I put in the installation disk, volume 1, and it goes about its business
and the answer comes up.
Later when I have another question, it does the same thing, so I have to
place the installation in the drive again. I installed the package having
selected "load to disk" on all help files, so I don't see why it needs
anything at all, ever, from the installation disk.
Do you think that I have to completely reinstall Office with the files again
selected as "Load to disk"?
