Why is it that all versions of Office since '97 have Help
files that are almost completely useless? I cannot tell
you how many times I have typed in a phrase that I know is
in the help file because I use to get hits in '97 and it
comes up blank or with a ton of irrelevant and useless
information. Here is an example: type in "if" in the
answer wizard and you get "rephrase your question" . In
the Index it won't even let you type it in. Try "iif";
same result. If you type in a question like: "how do I
write an if statement" you do get some vague hits about
creating expressions but look, I know what I want to read
about and it is a statement that is used all the time!
Microsoft has worked this thing right into ground.
