Help find missing outret.msi file to repair outlook 2002

Having problems with 02... Run detect and repair and am missing an outret.msi
file that I am unable to locate...

Where do I find the answer to the above?

I can't seem to send from Outlook to Yahoo. I've tried to fix but I ge
the above error. I am running Norton antivirus and I've turnned off sca
on in and out but I still can't send.

What do I do?
