I have:
1. Hewlett-Packard Pavilion zd8000 (PD726AV#ABA) F.24 Enclosure Type: Notebook
2. Windows XP Media Center Edition Service Pack 2 (build 2600)
3. 3.20 gigahertz Intel Pentium 4: 16 kilobyte primary memory cache: 2048
kilobyte secondary memory cache
4. 100.02 Gigabytes Usable Hard Drive Capacity - 67.41 Gigabytes Hard Drive
Free Space
5. Board: Quanta 3082 36.31 Bus Clock: 800 megahertz BIOS: Hewlett-Packard
F.24 04/05/2005
6. Memory Modules: 2048 Megabytes Installed Memory: Slot 'J5G3' has 1024 MB
Slot 'J5G2' has 1024 MB
7. Display: ATI MOBILITY RADEON X600 [Display adapter]
TARGUS USB PORT REPLICATOR DEVICE(DISPLAY).
TARGUS USB PORT REPLICATOR DEVICE(Mirror). [Display adapter]
Default Monitor (3x)
MS_ 19.7 [Monitor] (19.7"vis)
SyncMaster 170MP Plus/170MP, SyncMaster Magic CX171MP [Monitor]
My problem is that any time that I open Microsoft Excel, Word, or Powerpoint
that have a image embedded within them I can not see the image when I am
looking at the document on the laptop screen. However if I push any key on
the keyboard I can see the full document. But if I leave the document and go
to another application and then come back to the document guess what ...
that's right the image is not visible again unless I hit the keyboard... It
really makes it hard to be productive when trying to make documents.... I
need help trying to figure out what is conflicting with my laptop to keep the
images from loading all the time... not this intermdiate stuff...
Could it be something with SP2? Is it something to do with my display
drivers? I have tried reinstalling the Microsoft Office Professional Edition
2003 with busines contact manager and that didn't solve the problem. Is it
something to do with Windows media center?
Any help will be greatly appreciated...
