Subject: HELP for Outlook 5.02 and Mac, Puh-LEEZE!!!

OK, no wisecracks about Macs; I realize I'm in the heart
of PC country. I publish a magazine and work MOST of the
time on my Mac using QuarkXpress.
TODAY, my trusty Outlook Express 5.02 on my Mac OS 9.2.2
will NOT work--sending or receiving. I get the annoying
message "Could not retrieve (or send) mail from the
account "editortrq."
Under Explanation:
"The Domain Name Servers are not responding."
Error -3211
Furthermore, I cannot get on the internet via Explorer on
my Mac (Version 5.0(2022).
I'm writing this on my PC Windows 2000 Server; have
explored all of MSN's stupid sites which have apparently
abandoned 5.02 almost totally. I'm online right now and
would GREATLY appreciate any help. Earthlink has been no
help; I've had difficulty lately in SENDING messages with
no problem until today with RECEIVING. Since I'm online,
it's not my dial-up connection.
I've also already deleted all the cookies in the Explorer
window. My work really depends upon e-mails and I really
hate to upgrade because I normally prefer the older
product with the New "Improved" version I've got on the PC.
Hoping to hear from a guru who can save the day, here.
