Hi,
I have Access 2000. I have a report based on 2 queries. The report is
formatted to display in 6 columns. Column 5 contains an employee's name.
Column 6 contains an explanation. Column 6 only needs to display once. It
works fine when column 5 only has 1 name. If column 5 has more than 1 name
column 6 repeats itself for every name listed. Where can I control this?
