Help Functions stopped working after SP3 update.

Office 2000 was working fine up and to the point that we installed SP3.

Setup is W2K3 app server, office 2000 administrative install that
clients run from.

The error message we get when a user tries to access online help is
"page cannot be found"

Not much in the MS KB that I found.

Any help is appreciated.
