Well you multiposted instead of crossposted. You didn't apparently read the
system requirements for your multi-hundred dollar system purchase. The
message says it all... You need Windows XP SP2 or later (Vista or Win server
2003) to run Office 2007.

Read my response to you in microsoft.public.office.misc that you posted on
7-31

To continue, the system requirements are specified here:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/suites/HA101668651033.aspx#1

SP 2 is the second service pack issued by Microsoft for their Windows XP
operating system. If you have Windows XP the service pack can be installed
by running Windows Update or better yet, downloading from here:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...3B8E-4F30-8245-9E368D3CDB5A&displaylang=enand install. It is a large download (266 MB)."HELP! 2000 xp into 2007 office"<[email protected]> wrote in messagenews:[email protected]...> so i bought the wrong one? what is SP2?>> "LVTravel" wrote:>>> Well you multiposted instead of crossposted.
