Help - Get Going with OneNote

Every time I try to open the Get Going with OneNote in OneNote's help
section, I receive an error message in IE (XP SP2) sayong that it was
blocked by the new Information Bar. Can anybody help me?

Do you see the little beige bar under the address line (URL input area)?
You need to right-click that and allow the action.
