Help!!!! HANDHELD SYNC INSTALLER - Microsoft Component Plugin notfound.

I've had Entourage X synchronising with my Palm handheld successfully,
But I've moved to Entourage 04 and now its not working.

I've Trashed Palm Desktop and conduits and reinstalled Palm Desktop.
Just to make sure I also uninstalled with the Palm installer before
installing.

Next I downloaded the Entourage "Handheld Sync Installer" from the microsoft
site.

It wont install.
It reports that it can't find the "Microsoft Component Plugin"

If I do a search I find the Microsoft Component Plugin in

Applications/Microsoft Office 2004/Office/ Microsoft Component Plugin

Help!!! What's going on

You have to install the conduit that comes with Office 2004, not the older
one for Office X.

In addition to what Alan said: in case you don't know where to find the new
Handheld Sync Installer, it's located in Applications/Microsoft Office
2004/Additional Tools.

Does anyone know how to get the conduit that comes with office 2004? I
have Office 2004 11.1.1 installed...I get the same 'component plugin
not found' error.

It's already on your hard disk, in the Addtitional Tools folder
(Applications/Microsoft Office 2004/Additional Tools).

Installer.
