HELP! Headers are causing me problems

I have a doc that has lots of different headers. I have
put section breaks in to make the contents of these
different. Half way thru the document I have changed it
from landscape to portrait and from then on most of the
headers are really large and I cant get them any smaller!

What do you mean by 'large'?

Have a look at your margin settings - Word isn't always the cleverest at
coming up with sensible default margins for a landscape section (for
example, if you start off with a wide left portrait margin, you are likely
to get a huge top margin on your landscape page).

The vertical size is about double the size of the text
inside. If I click into the header and try to drag up the
margin, it either doesn't move or moves it down the whole
page. When clicked in the normal doc there are no empty
lines between this and the header either

Go to the Layout tab of Page Setup and make sure the vertical alignment is
set to Top and not Center.

THANKS SO MUCH!!! This worked perfectly... we've been
trying to figure this out for hours and it was so easy
when you said how!
