Dear Gurus,
I don't understand why my help system which was functioning OK, is
unable to show "See Also" on the top left of the display now. I opened
up the source and it shows the below:

However, there is NO link available, just an empty little square box. I
am using MSDN 2001 and have reinstalled the help system to no avail.
Even the MSDN 2004 has the same problems. PLEASE HELP
