I have a clip-art graphic and would like to add a hotspot.
I have the pictures toolbar open and ready to go. I click on the photo which
selects the photo in a blue box with resize handles and in the photo the
mouse is a cross with 4 arrows. I then click the circle hotspot icon changing
the mouse to a pen icon over the selected photo. Then when I click hold and
drag, my pen icon reverts back to the cross with 4 arrows and drags the photo
around! When the mouse is released the pen icon is back. Thus, no hotspot is
created.......
What am I doing wrong?
