I use Outlook 2007 on MS Exchange. I have created a "Sent Items" folder in my 'Personal Folders'. This way, I just drag and drop my Sent emails to this new folder, so as to create space on Exchange.
However, I am not able to configure the folder to look right! I have this set, like the original Sent Items folder to:
- Arrange By Date, and
- Newest On Top
But, instead of seeing the TO field in the headers, all I see is the FROM field (i.e. my name and email). I'd much rather arrange the Sent emails by the names of people I sent the emails to.
Can anyone offer any advice please? :?
