HELP! How do I delete my post?! I am getting SPAM'd to death

I posted a question two days ago to this newsgroup and I
have since received 160 spam and viral messages per day
since Wednesday!

Does anyone know how to delete my post off of this
newsgroup? I am drowning in this @#^@#$!!!

FWIW- it's probably too late, your address has already
been "harvested" and I found once it's out there, the spam
just keep on coming. You are better off getting a new
address and NEVER type it into a web page.
