HELP: How do I limit/remove available fonts?

I want to only allow our users to use the corporate fonts - how can I (or is
it possible to) remove the standard fonts? All our Office 2000
installations are from a network share using group policy assign, so if I
just delete the fonts from each PC, they get reinstalled automatically the
next time an office app starts.
