HELP!!! how do I Send E-mail from database from all forms, or tab

[Lost and Broken Needs your help!!!]

I have stored e-mail address in diffents forms and Tables, What I'm trying to
do is creat a way to send e-mail to all people in the forms. Or even a way I
can send E-mail to all the e-mails in one form, currently I click on the
e-mail and I can only send to one person..

Okay where is the easy way out???? this looks like you would have to know how
to design a rocket...
