Help- How Do I start Office Assistant ??

This is running on a XP- SP2 dell laptop
Office version is 2003 with SP2 also.
DCOM is started

If I try to start Office Assistant from the Help Menu, I get a Popup saying:
"The Office Assistant requires Microsoft Agent 2.0 or later. This product is
available off the Office System Pack"

What do I have to do to re-enable O A ?
